I go against the grain through life, driven by curiosity, and empiricism is my middle name.
As a person with ADHD, I need frequent changes of activities, which makes project work the most rewarding for me.
As a born strategist, I have the ability to think outside the box. I am fascinated by new ideas and concepts and can connect the dots in non-obvious places.
I use my creativity and open-mindedness effectively in creating, managing projects and organising events, making things work better for myself and others.
What I do has to make sense. I derive satisfaction from the belief that my work is part of a bigger whole. I achieve the best results in a close-knit team, always valuing honest feedback.
I feel a strong sense of responsibility, which manifests itself in honesty and loyalty. As an ADHD person, I function well when working under time pressure. I help others, providing explanations and answers, seeing the potential in people and supporting their development.
